GEC F8567 40uF Capacitor

Some of you may have seen this before on LG. Poor picture quality due to low light and crappy phone camera.

Here you see a GEC 40uF capacitor, here being used as power factor correction in a 1KW MBFU control gear box. This thing is absolutely massive & probably very heavy but I couldn't rescue this sadly (I know where it is and it's not going anywhere - one day it may be mine). The bolt at the bottom is an M10x40 for size reference.

Wired up with what looks like VIR cable so could be 1950's or 60's?
