made in china?
Same as the one I posted a while back! Claiming to be 40W but actually running at 54 I wonder what light output is like compared to 54W T5?
Jools also has a valid point lol
Haha, my first thought was also the Made In China bit, that's the issue with most stuff these days! Someone forgotten to add the jumpers between 5/6 or 5/7 to select required output?
See that's what a honest guy would say a simple mistake... I think it's deliberate to make their shite seem brighter so you look at it "oh it's only 40W"
yes no jumper between 5-7 to make the correct power level. They all come like this, I'm probably the only spark at my work who bothers to put the link in. I'm gonna fire off an email to NVC later, this should be fitted from the factory!
Blatantly deliberate to make their fittings brighter
and burn out quicker? send in for warranty repair - "sorry the link wasn't fitted so the warranty is void" ... probably
Yeah I may have been wrong about this... At 800mA the LEDs sit at about 31.2vdc meaning the LEDs are only being driven at about 25 watts :/
