Here you see a commercial grade 4ft linear fluorescent fixture made by Designplan Lighting. This thing tips the scales at a hefty 9 Kg!

The chassis is made from thick steel finished with a tough layer of hammered effect paint. The polycarbonate diffuser is part of the fixture and not an optional add-on.

This has an Optima by May & Christe ballast and came fitted with a Durastart electronic starter, unsure if that's original or not though.

It's unusual I'll give you that. I like it though & it does look better in person, the picture maybe isn't very flattering. I'm trying to persuade the other half that this'll look great in out utility room lol!
