Love the 3 phase old colours for the tube wires!, imagine this being mistakenly wired with it in the UK

That ballast do indeed sucks it one of low ballast factor ballast to perpously underdrive the tubes. Your better off using Advance F32T8 instant start ballast in overdrive. It one of those ballast that truely drive anything.

That really does look like shit lol. I would love some of those VS ballasts magnetic for T5

I am still transfering the eqipment. Then, the next big problem will be that i need a replacement die to make the bottom plates (the plate with the mounting holes) as the originals were scrapped. This may take a while. Help will be appreciated, if you are in any relation with anyone doing CNC on tough metals, hardening or EDM
