Bet it was still on its original lamp when it burnt out too the 150s last like forever

I would suspect so (to both points), lighting around various departments at British Steel is very hit and miss in terms of maintenance

These are quality mind. This is what I have had on the front of my barn for the last 5 ½ years and it’s still like New both inside and out
