3x F32T8 4'x2' Troffer
A T8 3-lamp lamp 4'x2' 'parabolic' troffer. All 3 32w lamps are on a 3x instant-start HF ballast. (and as a side-note, this particular one is running on 277v mains)

This is very common here these days...you'd almost have to make an effort not to see them LOL

This one's not mine (its a light at work. one day I had the camera with me & grabbed a pic of wht I consider a very boring unit because of the fact they are so common), I'm just putting it in relation to a question from another image.

@Danny:
Boring because they're everywhere! Laughing The gear from these is just a instant-start HF ballast (life isn't too bad for HF considering it'll do 10+ years though...still lamps are outlasting the gear in some fittings though). I believe Kev has a 2-lamp instant-start ballast? if you're going to his meetup maybe he could have it setup..
The gear you'd probably want is a magnetic rapid-start for normal T12's! .. That or magnetic instant-start for 8' slimline (...) is a 4-lamp version here, but the only ones I've ever seen are older, and have T12 lamps / magnetic gear. I actually thing the 4 lamp looks better! (but these days its rare to see one)
