GE F40T12 Chroma 75 - 7500k
A GE "Chroma 75" (7500k colour temp) 4-foot 40w lamp
These have such a nice blue-ish colour, one of my favorites, but they're hard to find (I'm not even sure that GE makes them anymore) 
At one time GE also made a "Gro & Sho" plant lamp that was the same colour (those are no longer made, replaced by a pink version).

There was a time I [i] had [/i] 4 of the Gro version, and later on got 2 of the version pictured above. 
(the one in the pic is all that remains :( ... )

Good lamp it much bluer than 6500k. It should hzve a comparison test with 6500k Cool
