Sylvania F40T12 Incandescent Fluorescent
Here's a pretty rare/uncommon one : a Sylvania 4-foot 40w "Incandescent Fluorescent"
These are a truly unique colour, which actually does simulate incandescent fairly well (they give a nice vintage look to things too), but they're not real bright.

Colour temp is 	2750K
Lumens is 1,480

When 'off' the lamps are slightly yellow-ish.

Reminds me of a very old 30W T8 Philips Deluxe Warm White I have. That looks browny yellowish when it's off. The light is similar to this.

Yeah, probably would Sylvania's tend to get nice banding on them!
