John sent me one of these in the box of tubes he sent me sadly it was the only one which got smashed he was upset at the time as he said these are awsome tubes as good at the vintage atlas / thorn we had over here! Bastard courriers!

Sad to hear it was one of these that got smashed. He's right in that these are good tubes, just like the vintage stuff you guys have! (back in those days things were built to last, not built for the "cheapest possible manufacturing cost" LOL)

Back a number of years ago I ordered some nice vintage GE 4-foot Red's off eBay, and wasn't happy when they arrived smashed (insured, so I got a refund, but still I woulda rather had the tubes! )
