Fluorescent Christmas Tree

I've been wanting to do some sorta fluorescent-lit Christmas Tree for years now, and finally figured out a way :)

This is only a small 4.5' tree, but that size worked out quite well for this.

The lamps are actual coloured F54T5-HO's...all are on dimmable ballasts, since at full brightness its too bright. Even though what they call a 'Red' lamp is actually more of a pink-ish-red, it still looks good.

Oh and sorry about all that 'junk' in the background LOL... I just snapped a quick pic after I finished 'building' it in a room thats mostly used as a storage/workroom.
It'll move into the main part of the house for display...
