12-Bulb Mini Lightset
A small string of mini xmas lights - 12 sockets (uses standard 12v mini bulbs).
These are quite good to have around, for places where a normal 50 or 100 set isn't quite long enough, and using a 2nd set would be way too long.
Sadly these days, small sets like this are hard to find.

Cool we don't have 12 sets over here not that I've ever seen bet that's to do with our voltage!

@Funkybulb:
I've never thought to look in dollar stores. I did happen find one for $.50 at a thriftstore yesterday (still in box too)
@Kev: Might be, 24v would be quite a bit for such a small bulb! Do you guys have the 20-bulb sets? Seems that'd work since they could use same 12v as these do..

We get little 20 sets from the pound stores (dollar stores) but I don't really like them as the bulbs are wired in series in a chain which makes them harder to put up

I've seen the little 20 sets at the dollar stores here too (and even some of the normal stores have them), they're wired in a strip like any of the larger sets. Sounds like the ones you get are what are called loop wired sets here...all the old vintage sets were like that! sometimes you'll see it on a modern set, my solution is just to streatch it out on the floor so the sockets end up spaced evenly, then twist the wires together Smile Then you have a normal lightset!
