Valmont Electric 4x 4-Foot T12 VHO Ballast

Seen here is a big heavy beast... A Valmont Electric ballast for driving 4 4-foot 110w T12 VHO lamps (also compatible with 4-foot PG17's). Starting method is rapid-start. I've never thought to test its cold-starting ability...but says its good down to -20F (and yep it can get that cold here in the winter .. so f***ing cold even some HF lights don't want to fire up once it gets around -10F .. and I can't blame the things for not wanting to work, that type of weather sucks)

I don't know that the pic shows truly how massive in size this thing is - 18x3x2.5 inches ... and weighs over 17-lbs!

I do have to laugh that the label that says "Order replacement from Pabst Brewing Company" ... not sure why a brewery would be selling ballasts :lol: I thought beer needed dark for brewing?
