StreetLight #347 - Octagon Post-Top
 Neat looking old post-top fixture in a small shopping center's parking-lot.
They have some of these (which are probably more decorative than anything - and they're not in very good condition anymore - having holes in the white plastic side panels).
They also have some shoeboxes for more general lighting

This is probably early 1980's

Yeah, definitely decorative, I doubt it would put any useful light on the ground?

I'm assuming these are MV (but its possible they were converted to MH) .. one was dayburning, & I could see the blue-white of the lamp's arc-tube through a hole in the lantern.

And yeah I doubt they put all that much light on the ground Laughing but I've never been in that parking-lot at night.
