Yeah, nice sleek look, I quite like these.
Don't know what type of lamps since I've never seen them lit, but one member on GOL said they'd seen lights like this in their area running SON lamps

Update: I was at the park these were in last weekend. .. .they've been replaced by LED things Crying or Very sad
