Most of the streetlights on the streets around where this one is have been replaced with LED models...
This one is still HPS/SON, likely the only reason being because its in a park (for the parking lot) rather than on a street.

I'm gonna have to go find this & see if its still there, as nearly everything in that area has been LED'ed now (including the park's walkway lights)
