StreetLight #273 - Soon To Be Gone?
Interesting red/white coloring on these...pretty cool looking to me.
These are lights in a former 'Safeway' grocery store parking lot.

The store went out of business a few years ago, and just sat there empty, then was demo'ed last year ago, but the parking lot & lights remain.

I made a point after the building was gone to stop by the lot & snap a couple pic's while they're still around.
There was talk of putting up apartment-buildings(I think you guys call them 'flats'?) in the spot --ug. just what we need
...but that hasn't happened & the lot has a realtor sign on it now, so the maybe the deal fell-through, or people against it in the nearby neighborhoods went to the county development meetings & the build was denied.

Hope it doesn't go but I can't see it staying. It's a very pretty fitting.

Yep, these do look to be built pretty well Smile
Sadly I don't see them remaining when whatever it is gets that ends up getting built on this empty lot.
