Very nice indeed. Beginning to think I should have bought one of these now, they are lush!

Thanks Andy Smile I had wondered if you had managed to get one or not! the 5 the seller had went very quickly indeed! I know where 3 of them went to I wonder where the last 2 ended up?

I did umm and ahh about it for a very short while because I was worried that it might have been a non standard, special application type lamp with an over driven filament or such ie not a standard GLS type lamp which in this case interest me less (as I wanted a 2Kw GLS lamp) and also it was a little pricey given that risk,

but I decided to take that risk given how rare and unusual it was and the fact the special application type lamps also generally have special filament arrangements rather than the normal Vee-wreath filament this has , (and also the fact that the very few 2Kw GLS lamps for sale in europe where much more expensive!) and indeed after getting it and lighting im happy to say that im pretty sure sure it is a "bog standard" GLS lamp well as standard as a 2Kw lamp is anyway!
