My yesterday score Well yesterday was rather interesting, I got a phone call for Rubbish removal off the back deck of a home. I went over to bid on the job for the service I ask what do ya do for a living? Well he go lighting retrofit. I told him I am a fitting and lamps collector. He went to the shed about 8' by 10' size opened it up full lamps And he handed me over this induction lamp and gear to run them. He said take it try it out and see what I think about this Induction System.

As I commented on the other side, I do like this interesting quirky thing. This is the first time I have seen this design. I hear these 'conventional' tube shapes with external coils are more efficient than the more discrete Philips QL with internal coil. I know of a few Genura installations with the same basic design principle as this. They never seem to fail after years of observation.

Shocked Not that I have seen a lot of induction lamps, but this one looks real thick! Shocked , have you done a lit pic of one of these? Cool
