Update: I open this fitting up it got a very old Adlite
Low budget ballast in there that made by Advance
And it done over 51 years of service. But ballast sho
Showing signs that it leaking tar. It a bit gooey so i suspected that cap is failing. I have to put this off to side
And replace it with HF gear.
