From what I have seen these are 230V 50Hz Knoble ballasts that the fridge maker just slapped their label on (they are marked for 65W T12s under the US label) one of these would drive a F96T8/HO nicely heh

These are 240 volt SRS ballast and dez u seem to know the wonders very well Cool
