B22 4w Xenon Strobe Lit
It does flash very quick, if you try and video it, the camera only pics it up every now and again.

Just set it up in a dark room (in this case my landing with all the doors closed), hold open the camera shutter, switch the lamp on and wait for it to fire and then close the shutter. Very easy to do tbh.

It’s a method used in really high speed photography, use a flash with a very very rapid rise and fall time (nanoseconds) to freeze the action with the shutter left open. You get like an equivalent camera speed of something silly like 1/80,000th of a second!

Helps by using “a camera” and not a phone because they are just *not* cameras lol Laughing

IDK, modern phone cameras with manual modes can be pretty damn good and are extremely convenient! I bought a half decent second hand DSLR a couple of years back though to get me into 'proper' photography, I've just never got around to teaching myself how to use it Sad

Yeah they have good image quality but fall over when you try any amount of zoom as it just crops the image. With such tiny sensors, getting nice depth of field shots it’s almost impossible. I guess I’m a camera snob as well as a Hi-Fi snob... Laughing
