Costco LED Solar lights still kicking
Got these at least 6 or 7 years ago (maybe even longer) and they are still kicking.
The paint has starting coming off the metal casting on some of them (can be seen on the closest one) and I've had to bypass the on/off switch on some of the others as the moisture gotten to them but other that that they are still going.
Amazingly they are still on their original Philips branded batteries and still hold a charge to last most of the night at decent output.

You can get some really decent solarlights that last just as well as these. I have one thats 15 years old this year which came in a box of 7 i won in a competition in 2004 if they had not got broken i reckon they would of been alright still now. another thats around the same an ASDA one (ok its had new guts though ) however its my most reliable one as it worked right through the winter all night. a few others that have lasted well too. My 2010 Argos colour changing ones are starting to drop like flies as the plastic is starting to go. I usually silicone around the solarpanels on them all now and put them in the greenhouse through the winter. It Keeps them nice and dry and the frost off of them. Just dont bother getting them from places like B&M and Home bargains if you want them to last. I have over 100 spread out across mine and the parents gardens. I bought some really cool ones from Tesco on Monday that are solar powered LED filament GLS lamps

The black solar spot lights Sainsburys have right now a really good. I used to have 5 solar light from ASDA in 2014 and they were rubbish. The water got in and corroded the board, the batteries were not that good either. I also and some solar lights that lasted from around 2017 to 2018 that survived all through the winter but died at the end.

B&Q currently have some very good spotlights, with massive panels and put out a very good light with good runtime.
