1 x General Electric M250R2 lantern for 1 x 200w* SON lamp. 
Made in the good old U.S of A.
The classic "Cobrahead" streetlight.
NOS 2004.

very cool to see one imported over here Smile I personally am a fan of the AEL 113/115 cobrahead when talking about US streetlights of this size, although ideally id love the Big Daddy AEL 327 which is a 1Kw cobrahead (the GE equivalent is GE M1000) IIRC the GE M250R2 was actually sold in the UK under another name but they are quite rare!

200W SON lamps where developed as a lumen equivalent to the 400W mercury vapour lamp, speaking of which have you tried this street light with a 250W MB/U? Smile

Not sure what gear is going to go into it tbh. 250w SON will be overkill so either 150w SON gear or maybe 125w or 250w MBF gear...

Would be interesting to see if the 480V gear at 400V/50Hz happens to be just right for one of our lamps..
