Tamlite 70w RX7 display flood.
Spotted this on eBay going cheap from a jewellers who have downgraded to LED.
Only picked it up as I was intrigued by the control gear: A Vossloh-Schwabe magnetic ballast with built-in PFC and ignitor.
Lamp is a 4000k Edison thing that looks well used but still has good colour. The getter pellet has disintegrated and now is loose in the outer envelope. I've got something really evil planned for this lamp :) Muhahaha.

I think Tridonic offered a similar model too, probably not any more though. A good replacement for failed electronic ballasts, size allowing of course.

The tridonic unit was a OMPAK we used to use them when I did a bit of shop fitting good reliable units but as you say as tridonic are only interested in making stuff in China and led these days we can no longer get them.

Lol this POS Edison lamp isn't very happy with me. I cut the power to see how long it took to hot-restrike and it started cycling! After being off for several hours it no longer cycles but now it's *very* flickery! Just wait till it gets fed to the 1000w SON gear!
