Shit LED retrofit tube partial failure

Was quite a few like this. Rubbish.

Sorry for shit picture, was in the gents toilets at the WWT Martin Mere reserve. Was a quick point and shoot over the shoulder on my way out just in case somebody came in and it's a bit tricky with a 70-300mm lens on lol.

These old twin lightpacks used to have diffusers fitted when they burned fluorescent lamps and I can only assume they left them off as the LED lamps were even dimmer with them on. They are nowhere near as bright as the lamps they replace...
