G.E.C Z8600
The section of the A561 known as Speke Boulevard which runs near Liverpool John Lennon Airport is lit by loads of these.
There are the odd spot replacements with Urbis ZX series and the odd WRTL Arc's ect but most of them are still here.

Quite a few of them sport toasted bowls and even have failed lampholders with their lamps hanging through melted holes in the bowl!
These are good, solid reliable lanterns apart from the infamous flawed lampholders in the early ones!

It really is hilarious when you see working lamps melting their way to freedom through the bowl. Laughing

There’s a handful of these on my work route, still running 150watt SON, very slowly being replaced with V-Maxes.

Loads on the M6 round Warrington, also on the M55 at Preston and the M61 where it meets the M6.

The disco photocells on these are still flashing their way to life and again when going off at dawn... Laughing Credit due for whatever lamps in these that survive!
