The interior of this massive building is lit by various hidden SON uplighters but also features quite a few of these equally massive SON chandeliers!

I didn’t notice until I looked at the pictures but it looks like they also have some hidden fluorescent lights in them to light up the details on them!

SON is definitely the best lighting for stone work like this, our little church has a mix of halide and sodium up lighters Cool

What a magnificent Chandelier! I never seen one running SON lamps and would not have expected it to look so ornate at the same time. That must weigh an absolute ton at such a size with all those ballasts in there. Shocked Cool

Cathedrals need SON on the sandstone - I think anything else would look shite
