Interesting "spotlight"
Spotted these on the side of a building in St Helens and I thought, nice, but then I noticed that they had streetlight style optics in them instead of the expected parabolic reflector with the lamp at the focal point that you usually see in these style of conical fittings.
What is the point of that? I mean if you wanted light like that then why not use a normal flood?

I remember there is a model of floodlight that looks like a normal one but it has the optics of a street light similar to the ones in your picture. They may have been made by Urbis but I can't remember.

Is there any other lights in the area these may have been deliberately made so to match?
