Another as-yet unidentified vintage SO lantern in Liverpool

I spotted this rather sad old low pressure sodium lantern still hanging on for dear life when all along the road (near Sefton Park in Liverpool) have all been changed with Modern Philips MA and LED.
They are all catenary fed columns too.

Looks a bit sad but then again this is probably 60-70 years old! Plastic sheet probably not original and the lamp seems to have had it's way with it somewhat.

I'm not sure what this is? Maybe another Wardle design?
