I do like good old valves. I used to have a few pieces of audio equipment with valves in years ago, shouldn't have got rid of them.

Looks loverly! I've never owned anything with valves. I remember some people had televisions with valves in the 70s-early 80s, including my Nan who had an early colour TV from the late 60s. They were forced to replace it when it went on fire. Those early colour TVs where known to be prone to it.
