I don`t know why Hamilton didn`t just print Philips on these?, no part of the new ones are as good as GEC Oldhams original design!

The Osram GEC just looks the better lamp to the eye

Indeed! I've heard the new ones have shit lifespan. Will have to see how the one in my patio Gamma 6 does.

That new Osram was the best of the ones I got too. All the others have very black ends!

The osrams are normally ok I don't think much of their Philips ones though
