I've seen those running. A mixture of CDO and SON. Also those big globes project moving patterns on to the opposite wall for no good reason.

Yeah, their bendy like this, and also their mounted in the floor at the exact angle you see the column!, (as if their falling over in soft ground) Laughing , I can understand the projection of the light patterns, (Blackpool is famed for its lights, for anyone not familiar with the place), but what an ugly way to do it!

I thought those big globes were cameras at first, until I read the comments Laughing (this deff needs a 'night pic'! )

What are those zig-zag wire things up higher... they look sorta like strings of Christmas lights or something??

The streetlights are a bit odd looking (not so much ugly, just weird & don't fit in). Some vintage-style lanterns would fit in allot better with the buildings along that street.

They are xmas lights in a way Very Happy , for you guys in the US, put in `Blackpool illuminations UK`, to Google images, and you will see. Its a thing Blackpool have been doing since 1879!
