To be fair, on the side streets, these don`t do a bad job, (colour is a bit cool though), however, Weaver Vale seems to have stopped using these now, in favour of Lena Lightings `Rubycon`, which does have an excellent output.

I actually have one of these which came from East Cheshire Council.
