Osram (GE) L20W/23 GE-made Osram 20w T12 600mm lamps in 3500k. Almost a full box, (got 3 40w). UK MOD Surplus. The labels on the box show a nice bit of history, the original order was made on the 17th of July 2003 and the customer was the Ministry of Defence Supply Squadron at RAF Stafford ST18 0AO. NATO stock number: 6240999965336.

They appear to be. No end glow when started on an EFS600.

Same as the box I got then, mine was missing 2 lamps completely and 3 had been replaced with Philips made (Osram branded) 20w lamps. Still waiting for my missing lamps Sad

I can live with a full box of 22 x 20's and 3 x 40's tbh. The boxes were probably open and misssing a few lamps already from their time with the MOD and the seller simply topped up the opened boxes with another opened box. Obviously, the wrong wattage has been mixed in by mistake. I can't really comment since I ordered the wrong lamps by mistake but the order was changed by the seller!
Seller was quite helpful tbh, good communication.

i still might order a pack of 5 yet, just worried about the packing thats all
