Might last ok until the winter comes back with the damp mornings. Then again the insects of the summer might trample on the board shorting it out

Nice fit of components, it may have warming problems in the middle of winter though

Well it's been up 2 years already anyway In the middle of winter it does take about half a minute to reach full power but I quite like it, doesnt dazzle ones eyes right away.

Lol I put this up on LG to see what comments I got and I wasn't dissapointed.... I got comments saying the heat and UV from the lamp will harm the ballast and that its a sealed "fixture" would be better with forced air cooling LOL. Its IP22 at best and on that PIR the lamp stays lit about about 90 seocnds.... hardly enough time to overheat, not that it would anyway! Numpties!

It wasn`t from the Israeli twins by any chance was it??

Yeah and a few clueless yanks.

This is still kicking and there isn’t even any banding visible. Never thought it would last this long...

The lamp isn't a real surprise, it'll be the ballast that goes first!
|

Still alive lol.

Amazing , just goes to show the difference in switching with HF vs SS!

Still alive with the lamp still looking brand new but I have taken this down.
