Thats done well however i was expecting you to say its been in since 2004!

I've stuck in a well ripened GE but when that dies I might have to dig out one of the Dutch made version of this. I bet that will last for ages! I'm not sure how many hours this has clocked up but surely being used every single day from when it gets dark to and sometimes past midnight must be a fair few!

Presumably your table lamp runs the lamp cap down which will also increase the life of the ballast.

I class these as some of the best CFL lamps ever made

I remember stealing loads of these out of the chalet we staid in at Butlins back in 2009. I've not actually run them since i 'saved' them 12 years ago, might be worth me digging them out and giving them a good run at some point.
