These were probably the best CFL made in the 2000's every thing else were shit (exept German Osram of course)

Remember seeing a few lamps at my previous place of work doing similar. Never really figured out what was going on with them.

I wonder if that’s a flame sealing ring, like the one SOX get?, these are one of the best designed CFL ever Cool
