DIY LED house number

This project came about due to an experience a few months previous. I was trying to find a house on a street lit by LED street lighting and found it almost impossible to see the house numbers due to lack of overspill of light from the LED street lights. While there are illuminated numbers on the market, I wanted something a bit different. This uses pre wired LEDs with resistors for 12v operation. This is lit 24/7 and is bright enough to be visible in direct sunlight. Seems to get a lot of attention, especially from the local kids.
