Osram LITEGUARD 65/80w Warm White (11/1976)
Rescued recently from a redundant fixture, decided to take the fixture also whilst I was there ;-)

Osram LITEGUARD 65/80w warm white tube. This is working fine with not too much banding, looks like it'll put in many more hours. Both end caps are no longer bonded to the glass, but nothing a but of epoxy resin can't fix.

Date code 'HL' = November 1976

Can anyone guess what the fixture is from this picture?
