Coughtrie CPS. 28 2D Bulkhead BNOS

Another Coughtrie bulkhead to enter my stash is this BNOS CPS. 28, 28w 2D bulkhead. This thing screams quality having a cast alloy base and gear tray along with a Smart & Brown ballast and starter.

To this day, I've never owned a Coughtrie bulkhead of any type. I should probably do something about that.....

Only a couple of weeks ago I would have said ditto, hence looking on EBay and finding both the twin 8w T5 bulkhead and this 2D one. These are well worth keeping an eye out for, they're quality items ....well apart from one having an incorrect ballast and this one having the wrong circuit watts printed on the label anyway! Confused

Did you actually manage to find something coughtrie on Ebay listed at a “SENSIBLE” price ?? Shocked

Quality fittings, every Coughtrie light I have just oozes quality. Its hard to find them at sensible prices though, I think the best I've had was a BD10 for 99p cause a second finished minuted before and no one had noticed this. I think that one went for £30 too. Its just good timing really.
