SON imposter!
On Halloween night a few weeks ago my DIALL 2700K LED filament lamp died after 10,600 hours service in my front light, I wanted to try one of these DECOR LED lamps out in here, (wasn’t planning to leave it in), but they don’t half look like SON lamps when on! If you want a SON lookalike, with the running cost of LED, or you don’t want to put your collection lamps into nightly service, these are ideal for the job!
I took this picture this foggy morning, and this one is staying in here now until it’s gone.

Perfect for the job Cool nice to see a true SON match of 1800K are available now

Super Trend just needs to make a slightly bigger one though?, you can only currently get them in 806 lumens at 8.5 watts Cool , the iPhone has greatly exaggerated the brightness, but the colour is excellent, and not immediately obvious it’s not high pressure sodium! It’s a shame there isn’t a 1521 lumen version, but to be honest, 806 is just enough for the front of the house Cool

I've been contemplating 1800K LED for the coach lanterns too to replace the 70W SON, but still have 30 ish spare lamps lol. Indeed a bigger one would be good to see certainly gives us options for old HID lanterns Cool

These are very red, they remind me of GEs SON, but yes they would be perfect in a coach lantern!, I can’t use them in mine because I changed them both to BC! Rolling Eyes , I’ve only seen these in ES?

If you'd asked me what lamp that was from the photo, I'd honestly have guessed SON
