This is the same with all smartphone cameras. But if you know photo editing you can edit this picture to show the real colour of the lamp.

You can adjust vibrancy and colour saturation on iPhone, but you never will create exactly the colour of a high pressure sodium lamp as seen by eye first hand Cool
