are these really as dim as they look? If so it doesn't look as bright as I was expecting?
Yes about the same, but its a big garden, and the rain has darkened the ground somewhat.
That looks absolutely mint rich!! Love the effect from the lanterns!
Only 2 I thought you had more for some reason lol
Yeah theres 3, these 2 and the Astra with the 70 in it, it gives a nice even spread over the whole garden. I like the effect from this too Kev, the bulkhead just threw it all over the place!
I too like the effect from these lovely spread of light
See if you look the other side of the fence it's in darkness so you have a good control of light there. I think the Astra needs to go back up to 150
Seeing it first hand though, the 150 over powered the other 2, as it is now, when the light from the Astra starts to fall off, the 50 takes over, it was one of the reasons I kept reducing it, (and I have loads of spare 70watt SON)!
How many spare lamps you got?
6 x 50watt, and 9 x 70watts, all new unused.
Good work, gives me an idea for coach lanterns going on the piers of the gates
Go for it Pat, Kev has even had a 125watt MBF in one of these!
