Philips Trueforce Core 17w
New line of LED retro fit that look like actual lamps!

This is a 17w at 2800 lumens for a 50w SON lamp. The good thing with these, they actually fit within a lantern, where most retro are bigger than the original lamp and don't always fit (such as this globe style lantern)

Interesting, but again a bit late, given 90% of lanterns have already been scrapped

I saw on youtube that just over half the UK is now LED? For me with the amount of car parks that aren't LED yet, i think if they decide LED, i rather these. At least they are swapable!

Not near me it isn't heh. Be interesting to see how these work in the optics of a lantern.

I tried the higher wattage in a Urbis Aramis globe with normal optic and my Arc with a 40w retro fit from 100w SON. Very good to be honest!

I’ve just noticed, is that a huge capacitor shoved down the lamp stem? Shocked

Certainly looks it?
