MK has a lot of nice SOX lanterns from what I have seen. Is it the main type of lighting in residential areas?

Probably will be! Most older lanterns still have original gear

More SON perfection, although I`m not a big fan of post tops, you cant beat SON in one of them! Very Happy

The son globes are more common in MK, Urbis Linford, Quad Gear in head and gearless, the sox quad globes are still common in MKstill few estates lit by them two mile ash is the best estate with the sox ones
