Yet another Helvar HF failure

These must be some of the shitest HF ballasts from a usually trusted brand. We struggle to get two years out of this style of Helvar ballast at work. This one is actually about 4 years old but has only been used for a few hours Monday to Friday. I wouldn't have expected quite so much blackening and destruction inside if that usage is correct.
