I have got before a couple Fitzy's that were installed on a Steel truss. How : It was threaded through the lantern end to end, getting besides the ballasts along with all the wires

Oh yeah you often find great stuff like this on farms. The favourite is stuff being fused with nails etc Smile

If it's on a farm it can be fixed with bailer twine, no matter what.
