A sight long gone on our roads now
I remember Winsford industrial estate when it was full of these!, the estate opened in the 60s, so I bet they were first fitted with 140 watt SO/Is?
They survived until the mid 90s where they were replaced with Industria Vectras with 150 watt SON, (still there today)!
…………I SO wanna put this on the back of the house now………….

Looks great! You should put it up on the house for a few months to enjoy it.

There were still a pair in use at the gates to the Dowe Egberts plant on Ruscote Road in Banbury this time last year. Haven't been over that way since then.
