Don`t touch it when fully run up though!, I got a nasty surprise with mine, I hadn`t realised just how hot the old SOs get to a standard SOX!, and burned my hand!!! Shocked , the infrared coating on the modern SOX lamps dosen`t half do its job well! Very Happy
I can understand now why porcelain was used on the jacket and lamp cap!

looks very pink on start up, somthing ive never seen, as mine are well used and very red on start up
