35w Philips MasterColour Evolution
1 x Philips Ultra high efficacy CDM-T Evolution lamp in 35w 930 flavour.
The latest generation of CDM-T lamps from Philips (now obsolete) which offer better efficiency and lumen maintenance over the Elite series of lamps.
What is interesting is that these lamps feature an unsaturated vapour concept with very short end-seal plugs.
This means that all of the halide dose is evaporated during operation and the removal of all the problems associated with having a salt pool in the cooler parts of the lamp.
Note the tiny laser-sealed ceramic tip on the side of the arc tube. This is where the correct halide does is added.
Due to the cost of manufacture, these were canned in 2017.

4400lm (standard 35w CDM-T is 3300lm!)
3000k
20,000h (standard lamp is 12,000h)

Wood back by popular request ;)

I’ll let you into a little secret lol. The old light coloured table in my old pics was a cheap IKEA one which was basically disposable every few years as it was that cheap but as it became progressively more beat up I’d have to photoshop all the nicks and scratches out... Laughing

In my oldest Lighting Gallery pictures i used a sleeping bag of uniform color for backgrounds. That had the added advantage that i can put things on it at an angle, and it holds them without rolling or settling down. In later pictures i changed to the matte Black door of a desktop PC case

What really annoys me on LG is that you get some shitty pic of a lamp which is out of focus and blurred with all sorts of shit in the background so you can hardly see it yet you get loads of people commenting on how good it is LOL
